Bone Frog Training…it’s on! Admittedly after 5K training I got a bit distracted by life and I slacked for almost an entire month…slacking is over and now I’m going to have to train a bit more intensely for this next challenge.
Check out the Bone Frog Challenge…I’ll be partaking on Saturday, September 14th. If it’s something you are interested in I strongly encourage you to try! When I finally completed my first Mudder I remember feeling completely exhausted but quite pleased with myself. I’m a sucker for anything that helps support our service men and women and can help me feel like a bad ass (pardon my French) in the process.
The training involved will be a bit more intense than a 5K. I have work out a.d.d… so I’ll be keeping to some standards but I have to switch it up in order to stay on track. If you are looking for new work outs this may showcase some methods that could work for your general wellness. And here’s my disclaimer…I’m no personal trainer…so please don’t attempt something…bust yourself…and blame me for your aching I’ll be working with some personal trainer friends of my own as I’m no master…

I’ll update you all come next week how week one goes…on the agenda this week…spin class, cross fit, and a little bit of lifting…I promise I won’t start yelling H-G-H and muscle milk over the air waves…I’m no meathead! But the first few weeks I may whine a little bit about my sore muscles…it’s o.k. to call me on that…no one likes a whiner!
