Dear Friendsâ€¦ if you feel a void in your life since the Biggest Loser has endedâ€¦ no worries! Now itâ€™s time for you to stop watching TV and get realâ€¦ Bear Country Boot Camp is on!!!! Below is the running work out for week oneâ€¦ at â€śbearâ€ť minimum you should be doing this 3 times a weekâ€¦ you also should do an additional 2 days of some sort of activityâ€¦ I tend to sprinkle in some yoga and spin classes, but do whatever works for you to keep it fresh!
Pick 3 days to do the following work out
5 minutes of a warm up fast walk
90 seconds of jogging alternated with 60 seconds of walking
Do this for 25 minutes
Again do this above work out at â€śbearâ€ť minimum! You should add two days of some sort of activityâ€¦whatever you want to do.
Now I canâ€™t be there every step of the way to shout encouraging things at youâ€¦but Iâ€™ll try my best to spread some love. Remember you are not in competition with anyone but yourselfâ€¦try to best your previous work out with the next dayâ€¦and if you do hit a bump donâ€™t get discouraged just keep on chugging along!
One thing that really has helped me stay accountableâ€¦get yourself a work out buddy! When Iâ€™m feeling like I have a million excuses not to work outâ€¦they usually can give me one good reason why I should suck it up and at least carve 30 minutes out of my day to do something!
