Hope everyone survived their St. Patty’s Day! I had a fantastic time visiting relocated western massers in Waltham! AND I had my first ever Guiness…I’d sampled before in my younger 20s, but didn’t have much of a penchant for *gasp* beer at the time…clearly things have changed.
We are now officially one week out from our 5K training…our mission to run the Kringle 5K in May! I don’t care how fast everyone finishes…my goal is to get everyone to run at their best across the finish line!
The 5K plan I will be utilizing for all is something I got straight off of NBC’s “The Biggest Loser” website. FYI – the finale is tonight…I’m keeping my fingers crossed for Dani! So if you haven’t decided if you will be training I suggest watching tonight for some inspiration!
Below is the week one plan…take a look friends. We can all do it! And I promise I’ll shout encouraging things along the way
Pick 3 days to do the following work out
5 minutes of a warm up fast walk
90 seconds of jogging alternated with 60 seconds of walking
Do this for 25 minutes
