Corona Hike- Pisgah

Hello!
Sorry for not passing it along here, but I am no longer broadcasting from my living room! Bear in the Morning is back in the studios at 81 Woodard Road in Greenfield. Good to be back as I still recognize my kids and wife are still at home adjusting to the now normal work and school life.

I forgot to post about this past weekend’s hike. Again we stayed in Winchester. On Sunday we explored the Doolittle Trail at Pisgah State Park. Amazingly, after living in Winchester for almost 14 years, I have not explored Pisgah. Many do though. It is popular for 4 wheeling, fishing, hunting and hiking. It is the largest property of the New Hampshire Park system with over 21 square miles of woodland with trails, ponds, streams and lakes.

Although we did not do the complete loop of the Doolittle Trail, we ended up seeing a good representation of the park.

One thing I have learned about when I take these walks with my family is to recognize when Connor and Amelia have had enough and it is time to turn around.

A sure sign is when they want to sit down!
Next hike/walk on the list is Mount Caesar in Swanzey, NH. -Kevin
