Bill and Melissa from Lefty’s Brewing Company stopped by yesterday. Bill told me about a hop farm in Northfield that he recently visited and how that local crop ends up in their beer. Melissa had an update on Bacon, Beasts, and Brews which is at the Franklin County Fairgrounds on September 26th. Our conversation is below. I love these guys! -Kevin
