My weekend in five photos.

I vote that we outlaw snow after March 1st. All those in favor?

Snow after March 1st is always heavy and wet. And we got 8 inches of it in Winchester on Saturday morning.

Looked pretty from the inside, but once we got outside, yuck. It was the kind of snow that breaks snow blowers. In fact, I am down to my last sheer pin, so that is it. No more snow!

Once I dug out the driveway I headed south for the Kiwanis Mid-Winter Conference in Sturbridge, Mass.

It was held at the Publick House. Nice venue. Old, quant and a nice atmosphere.

As always, I left excited about the difference that my Kiwanis Club can make in our community. There are active clubs in Greenfield, Bernardston, Winchendon, Northfield and Northampton. They are planning on starting one in Easthampton. Just reach out to me if you are wondering what Kiwanis is all about.

I will leave you with bird two bird photos. First is our local woodpecker. He has been enjoying the suet all season.

And is this a pigeon in my yard?

I hope you had a good weekend! -Kevin
