My weekend in five photos

Little toasty this weekend? I thought so. This guy at the grocery store thought so too.

Don’t get me wrong. I love summer but these tropical-like days with high humidity take a toll!
It was hot on Saturday over at the Mill in Gill where the Raceday NH Checkered Flag Report was live for our Judd Wire Gas ‘n Go event. The Zilinski Racing team from right up the road in Gill joined us and we had a good time hanging out with racecars.

Later that day it was Mission Impossible. An ice cream cake was requested to be brought to a birthday celebration.

Without a cooler we were able to get this classic Carvel Ice Cream Cake from the store to its final destination without it melting. The air conditioner was set on high which ended up being key to its survival.

Last week we filled our hummingbird feeders, and the area hummingbirds have gone crazy! We have three around our yard. Under normal circumstances we get one at a time feeding but this past weekend there were constantly two humming around the feeder outside our living room. Ann said she saw four. Sorry, I could only get a poor photo of two. Look closely!

Shoutout to local products. This one is my new favorite.

The combination of maple and apple is to die for! Sidehill Farm is in Brattleboro but I picked this up at Manning Hill Farm in Winchester.

I hope you had a good weekend! -Kevin
