My weekend in four photos.

My weekend in four photos

Such a strange time of year. School summer break is around the corner. There are vacations to look forward to and warmer weather. This past weekend I spent a lot of time outside being a happy homeowner, a weekend warrior, a landscaper wannabee all wrapped up into one. Also, this happened.

Connor got his first driving lesson! He has never expressed interest in mowing the lawn or using the tractor. But he is getting close to driving age and will need more experience behind the wheel than what he gets playing video games. He took a couple of turns around the yard. The blades were not engaged. Right now, he is a little too short and a little too light. When reaches to press down on the brake the seat comes up and the safety feature shuts off the engine!

This was my view on Saturday night.

Back in the announcer booth at Monadnock Speedway! It was a good night of racing but there was one scary moment.

Racecars are not supposed to be up on the wall like that! Everyone was OK, thankfully.

I also attempted to teach the kids how to hit them long and straight.

It’s a work in progress. Also, I don’t think crocks are proper golf attire.

I hope you had a good weekend!
