My weekend in four photos- Three days of corned beef.

Please don’t tell my cardiologist but I ate corned beef THREE TIMES between Friday and Sunday and it was glorious. These are the things you gotta do when St Patrick’s Day falls on a Friday.

Friday night I had a corned beef Reuben.

Then on Saturday we met with friends and had our traditional St Patrick’s Day dinner. Just a day late. I was responsible for preparing the corned beef. It came out splendid.

And it was just part of an incredible dinner that included salmon, cabbage, carrots potato and Ann’s Irish Soda Bread which was delicious as always. Our friends are gracious hosts as always. Murphy’s Irish Stout was the beverage that paired perfectly with the meal.

And then on Sunday I had the most wonderful corned beef hash at the Outlaw Brewing Company. It was made at the Outlaw Kitchen which is just steps away. So good!

Again, this information is between you and me. Please leave my cardiologist out of it.

I hope you had a good weekend!
