How was Mother’s Day? I hope you were able to spend time and connect with your Mom yesterday. I facetimed with my Mom yesterday afternoon. She had just finished her Chinese food dinner. That is what she wanted to eat on her day and that is what she got!

Another busy weekend started on Friday night as I joined my friend Randy and handled the announcing duties at Claremont Motorsports Park. It was a good night for racing and there was a beautiful sky……

Saturday I was up early and helping out at Franklin County’s Largest Tag Sale at the Franklin County Fairgrounds. I also got to help Jennifer with the Bear Swaps broadcast which was a real treat!

Yesterday was the WMASS Mother’s Day Half Marathon! I have been getting prepared for this for weeks and I am happy to say I had a good time. Currently I have raised over $2200 for the Cancer Connection with your help! Thank you so much for pledging my run.

There are still a couple of days to donate. Let’s keep that pledge total going up!

I got Ann a new garden tool yesterday!

I know. It looks like a weapon. I suppose it could be used as one, but it is a Japanese Hori Hori Garden Trowel. We saw it advertised on QVC a couple of months ago and I heard her say she wanted it. Always taking notes over here.

I think everyone brought their mothers out for ice cream yesterday.

We waited in this long line. Were you there too? It was long enough that I am sure it is possible.

Our Rhododendron is flowering. It is May.

I hope you had a great weekend! -Kevin
