My weekend in six photos.

I am proud to say that corned beef was included in three separate meals this weekend, all in the span of 24 hours.

Saturday night. No photo for this one but I did snap a pic of a nice beverage choice for any Irish inspired dinner.

Then this morning I included corned beef in my Sunday morning breakfast.

Which also included some lightly toasted soda bread made by Ann. She makes an excellent soda bread in an iron skillet each St. Patrick’s Day.  It is really wonderful and nice to look forward too!

And then this afternoon….

Rick’s corned beef hash from the Outlaw Brewing Company. Really excellent! What a treat!

On Saturday I headed to Pittsfield. My parents and aunt are cleaning up my grandmother’s house. They hope to sell it soon. Anyway, my uncle left a lot of his stuff in the house when he passed. He was a big railway fan in the area and spent many days hiking the Berkshires, greater Albany, NY and the Mohawk Trail to take photos of trains in unique spots. I found these old Mohawk brochures that I figured some would like in regard to local history.

The Sweetheart Restaurant in Shelburne Falls!

Got the first of four firewood deliveries on Saturday.

Chores for a while!

I hope you had a good weekend!
