Morning Show

My weekend in six photos. Fog. Dog. A run.

Good morning!
Another weekend filled with chores, housework and some random television. I also found time to fit in a couple of photos.
Saturday morning, we had the heaviest fog I have seen in a while.

This is from my Saturday morning walk with Abby and represents one of the 1000 times she stopped to sniff something.

Abby has been a great addition to our family. She has been challenging at times, but over all is doing well. She is still skittish around some people so on Saturday afternoon I brought her to the local brewery. They have a nice outdoor area and she had a chance to meet different people.

On Sunday I ran the Ray Brown Memorial 9K for K9’s at the Wendell State Forest. The event benefits the wonderful Franklin County Regional Dog Shelter in Turners Falls. I ran the 9K in 58:10. Just over a 10 minute average mile which is a little slow for me. (There were many hills!) But I felt good afterwards and enjoyed the surroundings. Ruggles Pond is beautiful.

Sunday night I enjoyed the first of hopefully many Thanksgiving meals with family and friends. I cleaned up my plate!

I hope you enjoyed your weekend too! -Kevin
