My weekend in three photos

This could be the busiest week month of our family’s lives.  Connor has SIX baseball games this week! Six. Amelia has track practices and away from home adventures between now and Friday. What do they call this month? Maycember? Has anyone heard that before?

Connor had a doubleheader on Saturday.

Unfortunately, his team lost both games.  Not for a lack of effort. And this week they have plenty of chances to make up for it.

Yesterday my Kiwanis Club held our annual Bike Rodeo. Keep this in mind. Next year on the weekend before Mother’s Day, it is going to rain. It ALWAYS rains on our Bike Rodeo Day. Not all was lost though even though it was cold and wet. We gave away 14 new bikes to local kids, and everyone left we a new helmet whether they wanted one or not.

Yesterday was Cinco de Mayo. Here is how I celebrated.

I am not the biggest margarita fan but one tastes good every once in a while. I especially like the salted glass!

I hope you had a good weekend! -Kevin
