ADA accessibility project slated for Avenue A

MONTAGUE, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The town of Montague is working to make Avenue A ADA accessible through a streetscape improvement project as part of the town’s 2025 Community Development Block Grant application.

The project will be focused on three blocks

  • 152 Avenue A thru 170 Avenue A,
  • 151-155 Avenue thru 171 Avenue A, and
  • 101-105 Avenue A thru 125 -131 Avenue A.

Public input on existing conditions, proposed designs, and feedback will be captured at an upcoming Community Input Session on Tuesday, October 15th from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the Great Falls Discovery Center.
