Charlemont Town Meeting to vote on two bylaws

CHARLEMONT, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Charlemont residents will be voting on two new bylaws at the May Annual Town Meeting. One will amend regulations for accessory dwelling units and the second includes social equity provisions in marijuana establishment ownership. There is also a citizen’s petition to create setback limits for new cell towers and other cellular installations.
