GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — An amendment has been made in the civil lawsuit against former Mohawk Trail Regional School ski coach Sean Loomis who has been accused of sexually assaulting a student and member of the ski team.

The alleged abuse began in 2014 when the minor, Erin Laffond, was just 13 years old and continued over the course of the next five years.

Court documents show co-defendants have been added to the case including Mohawk Trail Regional School District, the town of Rowe, and Loomis’ wife who allegedly had knowledge of the abuse and failed to protect the student.

A pretrial conference is scheduled for November 21st.
