COLRAIN, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Less than two weeks after Colrain police cleared several vehicles and issued eleven citations from Green River Road, they revisited the popular swimming area and found more vehicles in violation.

During another hot weekend, the Colrain police department patrolled South Green River Road where many visitors come to enjoy the river. Several vehicles were towed for congesting the road, which is not allowed to be parked on and criminal charges were issued for a driver without a license and an open container of alcohol.
