CSO special permit for Arch Place shelter extended

GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — On Thursday, the Greenfield Planning Board approved the special permit extension request for Clinical & Support Options to continue using space in their Arch Place building as temporary shelter until the Well Street facility is operational later this year.

The original special permit had allowed the space to be used as a temporary shelter for eighteen months, however CSO officials say supply chain shortages and other setbacks caused delays on the Wells Street project.
