BOSTON, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Governor Healey announced a plan to review all gas and electric bills to identify charges that can be eliminated or reduced, in an effort to reduce energy costs for residents this winter.
The review will be completed by the Department of Public Utilities and includes further steps such as bringing on more solar energy within the next year to reduce the energy burden and drive down costs.
