GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — At last night’s Greenfield City Council meeting, the tax classification public hearing took place and after another debate over a potential split tax rate, placing a heavier burden on commercial properties, the Council voted in a minimum residential factor of 1 for an equal Tax Rate across all classes of property.
