GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Senator Jo Comerford is asking the question of how school funding could change if the local contribution formula was revisited by the state.

The formula was last updated 18 years ago and now Senator Comerford, Representative Natalie Blais, and the Massachusetts Teachers Association are looking into the funding formula.

A public listening session will be taking place in Greenfield on November 6th, registration required, and another virtual session will be held on November 18th.
