MassDOT continues work on Leyden Road bridge

GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Massachusetts Department of Transportation, MassDOT, will be installing new bridge joists to strengthen the bridge over Interstate-91 on Leyden Road in Greenfield.

While no closures are expected, MassDOT has said there will be alternating lane traffic this week between the hours of 7 a.m. and 3 p.m.

This project comes after a recent repaving of the bridge by MassDOT.
