New sewer regulations beginning January 1 for Deerfield residents

DEERFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Deerfield Selectboard, acting in their role as Sewer Commissioners put new Sewer Use Regulations into place at their December 3rd meeting.

The new regulations will go into effect on January 1st, 2026 and include a new fine schedule, a framework for the potential to have other communities join the sewer district, among other policies.
