UPDATE: Suspect in homicide investigation shot and killed at French King Motel

ERVING, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — An alleged shooting took place in the area of the French King Motel on the French King Highway in Erving Wednesday evening where a large police presence was reported.

UPDATE: According to Massachusetts State Police, a suspect in an out-of-state homicide investigation is dead after a reported shooting Wednesday night. The Worcester County District Attorney’s Office is investigating.

Franklin County Now has reached out to State Police and the DA’s office for more information.
