WHATELY, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The town of Whately has completed their significant undertaking of codifying the town’s bylaws and zoning bylaws.

The Code of the Town of Whately is now available as a website with easy-to-use navigation features for finding new laws and options for making personal accounts to the code website for note taking.
