Wondolowski edges Coryat in tight race

GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — In a very close vote, the 1st Franklin District seat Democratic nomination is going to Lora Wondolski. The Greenfield City Council President received less than 100 votes more than her opponent, Corinne Coryat. Wondolowski finished with 4,355 votes, just 95 more than Coryat, after the final towns reported Wednesday. Wondolowski will now face Amy Lavallee, an Independent candidate, in the November general election for the seat left vacant when Natalie Blais resigned earlier this year.
